While Fit Reputation is new, the proven and successful methods behind it are not. Jennifer Donahue, the founder of Fit Reputation, was recruited in 2007 by Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida, to help their practitioners improve their patient satisfaction scores and bedside manner. The goal was to apply some hospitality principles to the healthcare industry to improve the patient experience. The collaboration was a great success, and the information gained laid the groundwork for Fit Reputation.
After years of working in online reputation management for the hotel industry, Donahue recognized that online reviews directly affected the hotels’ revenues by helping to influence the potential customers reading those reviews to make a reservation. The same can be said for the Health and Fitness industries. Online reviews directly affect new patient appointments and new fitness memberships. You will not have to teach us your business. We have built a team of Health and Fitness professionals who have dealt with most guest review scenarios firsthand. Everyone who does keystroking for our clients is a seasoned professional in that industry.
After years of success with hotels, we are now applying this proven method to the Health and Fitness industries. This allows your managers more time to focus on their clients, operations, and associates. We act as virtual employees who handle every online review professionally, with well-written and timely responses. The reputation of your organization is everything, and we can help you make it stronger and healthier, just like you do for your clients. We deliver Fit Reputations.
